Commercial procurement and supply guidelines
Due to volatility in primary raw steel and zinc commodity markets, written quotations provided by Balwant Wires are typically valid for a period of 48 to 72 hours from the date of issue unless explicitly specified otherwise on the formal Proforma Invoice.
All mild steel, high-carbon, and galvanized wires are manufactured in compliance with Bureau of Indian Standards (BIS) tolerances (IS 280, IS 4826, IS 278, IS 2141) regarding diameter variation, zinc coating mass (g/m²), and tensile strength ranges.
Manufacturer Test Certificates (MTC) are issued alongside each commercial dispatch. Third-party inspection (TPI) by agencies such as Bureau Veritas, SGS, or RITES can be arranged upon prior buyer notification and agreed terms.
Unless expressly agreed as CIF / Door Delivery in writing, standard quotations are Ex-Works / Ex-Plant Raipur. Freight charges and transit insurance are arranged in coordination with trusted national transport logistics partners.
All commercial agreements, supply contracts, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India.
